Family Pictures 2010

Leanne Tucker took our pictures again this year.  They turned out great.  Here are a few to enjoy, along with the video.  I have posted a link to the entire set on Facebook. . .

Nora is 5 months old

Nora is 5 months old! She is still being an awesome baby. She has, however, gotten much louder. The only times she seems to cry are if you scare/Startle her or if she wants a bottle. She is still sleeping in our room and every once in a while will let us sleep all night. When she does get up, it'f to down a bottle and then she goes back to sleep. Ian and Maren are doing great with her. there is less lugging her around. I am assuming that part of that is that she is 15 lbs and not as portable as she once was for them.

She has been rolling around and will soon be doing so on a new carpet. After looking so much for the awesome hardwood floors that our house has, we have decided that our children would appreciate the carpet. Hopefully by the beginning of December we will have carpet in the Living room and the kids play room. . . I can't wait!

We had family pictures taken this past weekend and are looking forward to see what Le Anne has captured for us. They will be posted as soon as we get them :)

Grant Goetz 7 months and Nora 5 months :)

This week we started Nora on baby food.  She seems to like it. Eric does a lot better bob of feeding her. I think he is just more entertaining for her to watch.  So far she has done cereal and green beans :)

Halloween 2010

This Halloween seemed to go by without much notice.  I was in charge of getting Ian's Halloween/Fall party together and going at preschool.  It went well without any problems.  There are 33 kids in the preschool, so I was happy with it being uneventful.  The kids and I did some simple pumpkins a couple of nights before Halloween. . . They had fun digging out the guts.
ITAGroup,  once again, held a parade for the kids. Maren was a Snow Princess, Ian was a Clone Trooper and Nora was a Duck.  A good time was had by all :)

Eric and I went to the ISU/Kansas Game on Halloween.  Luckily Nick and Barb were available for babysitting.  Katie and Mat helped us out by picking up the kids for some Halloween fun in the park and later on, trick-or-treating.  THANKS GUYS!
